What is the cost of delivery?Delivery costs are determined by weight, meaning that larger items will cost more that smaller items. you will only be charged for the overall weight/size and this is intended to make ordering more than one item a bit cheaper. Delivery costs include the cost of postage and the materials used to package your order safely.

How long will my order take to arrive?Dispatch times vary depending on the nature of the product because some items are ready to post, but others are custom made. A general guide is Dispatched within 2 - 3 working days (UK bank holidays apply) Altars and Altar items Spellbound Jewellery Witch bells (non-customisable) Handfasting Cords (Essence and Legacy series) - these series are non-customisable Dispatched within 2 - 3 weeks are Custom made Witch Bells Custom made Handfasting Cords - NOTE: if you are sending personal items to be included in your cords,then your dispatch countdown will commence once we have recieved the inclusion. Once they have been dispatched, parcels in the UK generally take 2 - 3 days to arrive and parcels in the rest of the world, up to 14 days to arrive. Often these are quicker than expected, but please build in worst case scenarios into your timescales when ordering, particularly in the case of custom items.

How will my parcel be shipped?Standard delivery in the UK is Royal Mail Tracked 48 Standard delivery outside of the UK is Royal Mail International Tracked. All orders will recieve a tracking number.

I haven't recieved my order, what can I do?If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email us using our contact form and we will look into it for you.

What happens when I submit a custom order at Solar Crone Creations?At Solar Crone Creations, custom items are typically created within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. We will ask you to provide an email address when submitting a custom order so that we can follow up with a form to confirm your choices. Once we have received the details from you, then we will be able to confirm your anticipated dispatch date.

Are there any restrictions to what can be included in a customised cord?Yes. Whilst we are happy to acces items such as hair, own fabric, own keepsakes, fingernails, bones and ashes for inclusion in your cords, there are some items that we will not accept. Prohibited items include Bodily fluids (including blood) Knives, blades and sharp items Illegal substances Living animals But please remember that Solar Crone is a no judgement zone. If you would like to include a prohibeted item with your cords, then please message us and we would be happy to give you some advice about including these items once you have recieved your cords. Please note that such an inclusion would invalidate the returns policy.

How do I place an order?Before you make an order, you will need to browse or search for the item you are looking for. Use our shop menus or search box in order to find your items. To find out all about a product, click on the item to view the details. Most of our items are unique and therefore you will only be able to select a quantity of 1, but if we do have more than one of a particular item, then you will be able to select this on the item page. You can then continue shopping or go straight to checkout

What payment methods do you offer?We accept all major debit and credit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders using cheque's or postal order'

Can I use a different delivery address?Yes, at checkout you will be able to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.

How do I know my order had gone through?Once you have placed your order with us (thank you!), you will receive a confirmation email to tell you your order has been received safely. Worth checking that all of your delivery address information is correct on this - if it isn't, just drop us an email using our contact form and select and we will sort out any issues.

I forgot to add items to my order, can you add them?Unfortunately it's really difficult for us to add items to an order once it has been placed, however if you drop us an email using our contact form and select we will do our best to accommodate any request.

Can I change my address once my order's gone through?Unfortunately this is not usually possible, but please email us using our contact form and as long as we haven't started processing your order, we may be able to do something.

Can I cancel my order?If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order before it is despatched. Please email us using our contact form. If your order has already been despatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the items back.

Do you deliver to the EU and Northern Ireland?No, sadly we are not able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. If you order from these countries in error, then we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Do you accept returns?Returns Policy At Solar Crone Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we do accept returns under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unused condition and returned with any original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will authorise the return and process a refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any questions about our returns process, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our Contact Us page.

How do I return an item?If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are in as new and unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing. Do you have a physical store I can visit?Solar Crone Creations does not have a physical store, but we do attend many in person events and would love to see you there. Please check out our Events pages for details of where we will be visiting next.
